In 2021, I deepened my yoga practice by completing a 200-hour teacher training in Hatha Yoga and Meditation in Singapore. This training equipped me with the knowledge and skills to guide myself and others on their own yoga journeys.
This year, in July 2024, I further pursued a 300-hour advanced program in Hatha, Ashtanga, Ayurveda, and Indian Philosophy in Rishikesh, India. Known as the "Yoga Capital of the World," Rishikesh provided an immersive and inspiring environment for my continued growth as a yoga practitioner and teacher.
Through my experiences in Rishikesh, I gained a deeper understanding of yoga's philosophy, history, and practical applications. I am now excited to share this knowledge and wisdom with you, helping you to discover the transformative benefits of yoga in your own lives. So, I invite you to come practice with me.
